Negative taken of the Golden Jubilee of parish at the Saint Bartholomew's Church, located at 1624 Marshall Street in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. St. Bartholomew's Church was founded in Little Rock for African American by Bishop John B. Morris about 1910 at Ganies and 8th Avenue in Little Rock. The St. Bartholomew's School was founded two years later than the church in about 1912, at which time the school and the church were both located at 1615 Marshall Street. The school was operated by the Society of the Divine Word. The high school department of St. Bartholomew's closed by 1972. St. Bartholomew's School completely closed in the spring of 1976. The Golden Jubilee was a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the St. Bartholomew Parish. As of 2001, the St. Bartholomew's Church is located at 1622 Marshall Street.
